Do you have the experience, skills and passion to make a difference to people facing homelessness in Brighton and Hove?  

Sussex Nightstop prevents people from sleeping rough by working with the local community to support and accommodate people at risk of homelessness within family homes.

We are looking to recruit an Adult Coordinator to work on our Trailblazer Project, matching adults at risk of homelessness with our volunteer hosts. Working with a range of local agencies, this exciting and innovative role will contribute to the overall ambitions of the Trailblazer Pilot Programme 2017-2019 which adopts a preventative approach to homelessness; identifying and responding to early triggers that can result in homelessness and providing timely interventions that enable people to change their circumstances for the better.

The role is based within Brighton and Hove and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
